Registration is conducted online, on a first-come, first-served basis.
Students must register individually and submit supporting documents (e.g., an official teaching assignment email specifying the course code, teaching role and semester) to complete the registration process. Priorities will be given to students assigned teaching or assessment duties in the academic year 2025-2026.
Starting in the academic year 2025-26, participants will be required to complete a new written reflective assignment. This assignment involves reflecting on specific teaching or assessment duties officially assigned by their faculty/department/school. Students who do not hold relevant teaching or assessment duties will not be able to fulfill this requirement. For further details, please refer to the Assessment and Course Completion Requirements on the course website.
Please note: TA responsibilities, such as teaching materials development, support for learning management system (e.g., Moodle), invigilation, course admin, mentoring, will not be considered for the new written assignment.
Applications submitted without sufficient supporting documentation will be rejected. Students who receive an unsuccessful registration result due to incomplete or inadequate documentation may re-register once official proof is obtained from their faculty/department/school.
To register, follow the instructions in the online system and submit all required information and documentation. All submissions will be reviewed prior to confirming registration status.
